bao88 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
bao88 believes entertainment should be enjoyable — never harmful. Read our safe gaming guide and play with awareness.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. But like any form of entertainment, it should be enjoyed within limits. At bao88, we believe every player's experience needs to be safe, enjoyable, and controlled. Responsible gaming means playing knowingly, within a set budget, and for the purpose of entertainment.
Repeatedly playing in hopes of recovering lost money, immersing yourself in games to escape stress, or using money set aside for essential expenses to place bets — these can be signs of a problem. bao88 provides a number of tools and support to help avoid such situations.
Gaming should never be thought of as a source of income. Bets are always for entertainment — play with the understanding that losing is a normal possibility.
All services at bao88 are strictly for those aged 21 and above. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.
Our Safety Tools
bao88 provides several effective tools to protect players. Using these, you can keep your gaming habits healthy.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a specific waiting period.
Minimum deposit: ৳300
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request to temporarily or permanently close your account. During the exclusion period, neither logging in nor making deposits will be possible.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature for a short break. You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account will not be accessible until the break period ends.
Bet Limit Control
Keep your total betting amount within limits over a set period. This helps you enjoy gaming within a defined budget and reduces the risk of sudden large losses.
Age Verification
A minimum age of 21 is required to open an account at bao88. In cases of doubt, we reserve the right to verify identity documents. Protecting minors from gaming is our responsibility.
24/7 Support Team
Our support team is always ready for any gaming-related concerns or issues. Get help in Bengali and English via live chat or email ([email protected]) — seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
